Looking at your profile, you better not pull on your "job knob" too much! (Heh, heh, He said "knob").
If you do, you may not be pulling much of anything for long. 
As for your question, depending on when your 1st year ends, you will probably get one of those seats. As you know, there is no rhyme or reason to manpower planning. I feel your pain; I couldn't wait to get off the panel.
