Thanks, I went back and took a look at it and here is what it said when I filled out the bubbles on the basic questions. This is the same message I got the very first week the window opened:

I resubmitted a new application in April (not sure of a date) received an email asking me to complete the online assessment about a week later. I just got an email last night asking me to update my resume in the UPS system and there was an attached address where I could send it to. My online file is still showing active and I can access and update it. Additionally I can and have updated my resume on the bottom of the online app so I'm a little confused about the above email request, but who knows the logic behind the selection process.

Got the call this morning!!!..interview at the beginning of june..(going out on a 3 week mil trip so had to pass on the late may date)..Despite what i am told, i guess the online assessment said i wasn't nuts.
