Just did my interview. Very relaxed interview. No technical or HR question. 2 Pilots & 1 HR. The interviewer did most of the talking. Discuss fleet plans, company, schedules, benefits, etc. Question ask to me...Walk me through your resume from beginning to end. Any questions regarding the schedule? Any other questions?
Thanks

I’m gonna have to agree with your assessments, a buddy of mine works for them and is about to leave for corporate flying They regularly schedule 4 or more crew for up to 30 hrs duty at a time to save paying layovers, per dimes, etc. Thier training department is a joke. Do yourself a favor, hang on till at least a half descent opportunity avails itself.

Corporate flying is not all it’s cracked up to be either. Some owners are temperamental, cheap & controlling while others are OK. I’m approaching the twilight of a 40 year career fulfilling a childhood dream to fly 747’s all over the world, make some new friends & have some fun along the way.

Flying was never about the $$$$ for me. If I had wanted to make money, real money, I would have chosen a different career. Real estate, finance, etc....

Do 3 laps around the planet on a 20 day rotation with minimal rest… and then come back and tell us what you think. This is why places can get by with paying bottom dollar for pilots…
