A regional flying 767’s. Fedex and UPS laugh at us I’m sure, while we work for fractions. ATSG probably has a safety dept but no one knows their names. A certain disconnect from the corn fields to the metropolis. Smartest thing ATSG could have done decades ago was transition to CVG. You wouldn’t have to hire the local bus driver or lunch lady to help manage a company. Rather your hiring pool would be forward thinkers...wait, they got this. Disregard.
