I interviewed about 6-8 weeks ago. It was with HR, DO (I think) and another manager. It was mostly get to know you. Question on previous jobs, why you left and so on. Why do you think Everts is the right fit for you? No technical questions at all. Was made an offer a few days later. I passed on the up coming class due to personal conflict of interest. Have been offered to attend summer class. Super laid back easy virtual interview with very nice people. They seem like a great company.

it's been some 7 years that I was Everts. I have fond memories of the operation. The owner himself is a pilot too. His feet is not on his desk when the weather is Sh1te and the temperature is M20. He's slogging it out along with the rest of the group. Management are employees first then MGT second... humans with no EGOs.
Flew from KLRD, in the Lower 48. Mostly auto parts from Mexico the US with a customs stop in KLRD. Good accommodations in KLRD with a crew car. Group housing in PAFA with good facilities too. Take a ride on one of their DC-6s. I'll bet you will be one of the only kids on your block to have ridden on an actively working antique.
All training, From Basic Indoc through the check ride, as I understand, is accomplished in PAFA.
