I have been searching the forums for some insight to the company but have had little results. Anything I found was years old and not really pertaining to QOL, pay, hiring, and schedule.
Anyone on the forum currently work for them or has any details about the company?
Appreciate any insight, Thanks

I have seen videos of them flying in Antarctica and Siberia.

There are several US companies engaged in the expat turboprop contractor flying world that pay way more $, and in US dollars, and with better rotation / schedules.
That being said, there isn't quite a US version of Kenn Borek, with the exotic variety of things they do all around the world in Twotters and DC-3s (Antarctic, Maldives, northern Canadian bush). There are some parallel operators in AK but they don't wrap Borek's variety and scope of work into one job.

That being said, unless you desire a pay cut and to work harder....
Might be an interesting retirement job. Why pay thousands to go to Antarctica when you could be getting paid.....
Despite the talk, Canada has a milder pilot shortage than the rest of the world. You'll find a lot of guys up there get their initial experience on the industry by moving up north to remote Arctic communities and basically volunteering to work on the ramp, with hopes it will lead to progression to the flight line. Respect for that - not something I would do. Most of their airline pilots would love to come down to the US.

AVCANADA :::WELCOME::: --> their version of this site. Probably the best Borek intel. Recruiters from various companies do make appearances alongside job ads, so you might get a primary source response.
