The family, also, demonstrates a great deal of loyalty and honesty to their employees. Good working environment.

My understanding is that the MD80s aren’t flying in the lower 48.

looking at flightaware it appears there isn’t much flying on the MD80s in Alaska either.

Things are slow right now across the board in 121 adhoc but I don’t think the bird in LRD has hardly moved an inch in the past few months.

Best thing about Everts is they’ve never laid off a single pilot, ever.

True. I’ll take one step further. The synergy between management and employees and the synergy between the employees and management.

Default Pay question

Min guarantee of 60 hours. Does a typical schedule ever fly more than that or is normal pay hourly rate x 60?

thanks

Anyone know the status of the E-120 flying? I think some of it was EAS scheduled pax before the virus.

Bump, Bump, Bump... Anyone still at Everts?

Also, the profile says that the MD-80 schedule is 16 on / 14 off, which comes to 30 days total. However, it also says that the guarantee is 60 hours, over a 28-day period, which allows for 13 pay periods per year. So, which is it, or am I missing something here? How does one work a 16/14 schedule for 13 periods, all in one year?
Thank you... AU

I don’t have anything to do with Everts, but I was in Fairbanks this spring and cold called them about doing a tour. They weren’t able to get me in at the last minute (my fault), but they sure tried and wow what friendly folks! I was super impressed. I bet it must be a great place to work.

You did the math correct, you end up with 13 pay periods. The schedules have also recently changed to a two week on two week off schedule.

I was wondering if the 9s were flying again and what needs do they have for crew as well as the Maddog? Do you fly both? Where do they go for sim on the 9?
Thank you.
