I still feel the union is somewhat looking out for the youngsters in this issue...the rule is going to change and the union is hopefully going to try to put protections in for us young guys...like the fact that after 25 years of service you no longer acrue retirement and protecting the B-Fund..among other things...

During the last negotiations, the NC was trying to get the max years raised to 30 (we have some folks that got hired way young recently), but now we can't go for that in order to make these old fartbags leave. What a joke...
