I think you’re right on the numbers. 75-80% will vote yes. The same people who have been ridiculing ATI for taking a crap contract are now voting yes to a crap contract.

I bet that in a year, you won’t find anyone who voted no. “Oh not me, I don’t know how this passed?”

Default Biscuit For nfd

Per 1306 UPT email from union today: TA passed with 91.5% of votes FOR ratification. Tally as follows:

215 eligible voters, 201 ballots turned in: 184 Yes, 16 No, 1 Invalid. 93.49% participation rate.

The only contracts having similar pass numbers were the "break away from the pack" 1992 CBA, and the "oh crap we better get it done " weak 2003 CBA. ( sub inflation wage increases, slightly concessionary healthcare premiums, no per diem increase, fairly decent signing bonus.)

If I get too bored, I'll put forth my ANAL-ysis of some bullet points. Best wishes to Abx pilot group in the months ahead with more business, aircraft, and upgrades.

Patiently awaiting your ANAL-ysis of bullet points.

Hey Guys, happy new year for everyone.

I have a phone Interview next week. Does anybody know what to expect?
they want me to have log books and resume at hand.

Thank you in advance.

I believe they look at logbooks and walk through your resume. Some tech questions and then possibly a sim ride. Its been a while, so maybe someone else can give insight to the sim eval.

I'm thinking there won't be a sim eval on a phone interview.

Whatever the interview is, though, it's going to be pretty standard stuff. If you're on furlough from somewhere, be prepared with an answer for what's going to happen when you're recalled. I don't know if they care what the answer is.
