As far as a standard contract goes, US Air had a deal in their contract, that if any of the legacy carriers got a raise that surpassed USAir, USAIR got a raise too. So, there are a few items that are standard in ALPA carriers. You get what you negotiate. So many of our pilots, (like over 500) have come from low paying regionals. When ole one eye throws money at them, pilots vision becomes very blurred and distorted. I'm not trying to offend anyone. Most of our guys are making more money than they ever have, ever. Enjoy that. /stick to that until we can negotiate more. Start spending more time with your families. Don't be looking at the short game......... you win in the long game.

Half the pilot group are already out buying new Porsches in anticipation of the new contract, the other half are out looking for a job as a truck driver. Same crap as last time....

As aptly pointed out above, I am retired. I would not vote for 6% DC. 2.5 with a minimum of 12%? Yes

Email this evening and that's what was put out
• A 2.5 % increase per year in Crewmember pay rates
• A Non-Elective Direct contribution to our 401(k) Accounts the first 2 years at 6% and 7% thereafter
April 1st is a long way off to start joking 😡😡

Well if that's the case it's going to take a lot of explaining in the sales pitch phase, because the numbers we've been given so far just don't bear that out at all...
