There have only been 2 valid grievancws in the last 2 years. One is on the books right now. The other was deferred so it could be integrated into new contract language. The problem we have is a fundamental lack of understanding of the CBA among pilots. Most think they're entitled to something that isn't protected by the CBA, and the ALPA attorneys will not file grievances with no merit. We are also lucky to have a DO who fixes problems before they get to grievance.

If they did then it's up to yall to send a message to the company and give your negotiators some leverage. A 90%+ "No" vote would do that. Best of luck to yall.... It sounds to me like yall are on the right track with your viewpoints.
