www.cargo360.aero don't ask why but we are trying to buy the .com and .net but the South African that owns them is not overly receptive. We don't have pay scales at the moment sore point with the crews.

Hey Brown Cow -
"Lighten up Francis".

We just finished our first year - with a profit. We are happy to have three airplanes under contract to KAL - at a profit. Something unusual in this industry these days for a third level ACMI carrier. The -400s that are coming next year will be under contract - at a profit - with someone else.

Try www.cargo360.aero or figure out how to use Google.

Jeez. Hope you can't figure out the app process with your attitude.

Terrific for him - If he's UPS, then he REALLY doesn't have a CLUE what it's like to work for a third level cargo carrier that's been certified for only 13 months. And we will never be a "threat" to him as our business plan is for 15 aircraft only.

Well, had my interview and got the "no thanks" email. Laid back interview with 2 people. They hired 9 FOs into a 23 July new-hire class. Classes after that are upgrades. Maybe another new-hire class in Nov for the new jets. they don't plan on posting a pay scale. Profit sharing starting in 2009 is the plan for raises. Non-matching 401k planning to start 1 July. They said they would pay for the drug test if you got hired. Merit based upgrades with consideration to seniority. Medical starts after 90 days.

Looks like a good company with lots of things in the works. If you want to be a part of a new company, willing to put some effort into making it a better place and able to wait until those better things occur then go for it. If you want more, just ask.

Sorry you got the "no thanks". Good luck with the others; with your military time you'll be a shoe-in at a better airline. Don't look back - press on.
