Since you are on the front lines, do you have any explanation why the hub is operating at full capacity
and on time without 1,100 rampers/loaders/ tug drivers? They have to do criminal background checks
on new hires. Something does not compute.

Non union Amazon rampers from across the road maybe? I'm surprised they're flying the freight.....given the angst/accusations following the 2016 status quo strike.

Maybe. That one was the CVG-GSO-MIA flight with the GSO part cancelled.

Not so much full capacity or on time at this point. It seems to depend on hitting it right. I'm hearing now of delays up to two hours (which isn't really that far out of the ordinary on any given day at CVG) and some flights are being canceled due to sympathy strikes at some outstations (SEA is one I've heard). Some flights that are normally two legs (CVG-GSO-MIA and CVG-MIA-PTY as recent examples) that are dropping the first destination and going right to the final destination.

So you're sitting around for two hours waiting for scabs to load struck freight? Not the ABX that I worked for.

I don't remember if you were here when we settled the contract in 2020. It now contains a no-strike clause (side letter, actually) that requires us to show up to work for anything but a strike by flight deck crewmembers of freighter aircraft. Ours says pretty much exactly what ATI's says.

I am not going to hash this out in a public forum however before we start slinging mud, let me remind everyone that ALL the ACMI DHL carriers are currently flying (Alpa and Teamsters both) and there is a very specific reason why? I know of no one that is happy about it. Let's just leave it at Teamsters National and local 100 are very much aware of the situation and have way more information than most of you do. The few pilots that are currently required to fly are following Union rules and guidance to the letter, and are very much in support of Local 100 getting the safety gains and contract they deserve.

if you are ex-ABX my suggestion is you reach out to former colleagues for further information and to educate yourself on the situation.

Feel free to violate the terms of your own contract if you like. Expecting anyone else to do it on your say-so is unreasonable.

It's easy to criticize from a distance. Pretty sure you'd be showing up on schedule if you were still here.

No kidding. And when the caterers walk? Fuelers, lav dump squad, shuttle drivers? ACMI. Move freight when the door closes. Leave movements to reformers.
