No dog in this fight, anymore. I moved on for retirement and paycheck reasons, but Omni is (or was, when I left) unbeatable for hours worked to money in the bank. I averaged 10 days at actual work/month, and I wasn't even a work-dodger.

I’ll add, if you want to fly boxes, ABX, if you want to fly people. Omni.
I guess we can be involuntarily assigned while on days off in theory, but as a practical matter, it just doesn't happen. For one, they almost never junior man far enough in advance for commuters to get to CVG in time for the assignment. Especially with the new contract where open time gets offered with increasing value (150%, 175%, 200%) as the day of the trip gets closer, it's usually the day before or day of by the time they get to junior manning. At worst, you just tell them "unable". Your days off are your days off and you are in no way required to be able to get to CVG before your next scheduled work day.

Thank you. Definitely not looking. I see an invitation to interview at ABX that appears on this website, for June, too. Apply today, interview six months ago. Were I the one who placed the ads, I think I'd exercise a bit more vigilance in policing them.

I have been told they have requested just that...I think they are worried some people with very little to do, might twist themselves in a knot if the dates are off. (But I am also told, they still get inquiries even if the dates are off.....maybe free advertising?)

Perhaps that's so. No such thing as bad publicity.

As you can see, APC's resident haughty savant isn't interested in just another ACMI company. Maybe a slot on the next space plane or space station will fit his bill ?
A glance at APC airline profile on ABX under "HIRING" lists 3 upcoming class dates between Jan. and March 2023. A motivated, well prepared person should be viewing the airline profile as a matter of course.

Agree with prior posts about outdated ad removal. Even so, do you think an outdated ad will stop a motivated individual from texting a recruiter in the hopes of producing a nibble ?

Ya ever been on the management, manufacture rep, or safety rep end of an aircraft [major] accident?
