At first glance and until the company or union comes out with more specifics the vote is a big NO! With living and transportation costs looks like a pay cut to me!

I see 8 yes votes at this point. Any of you yes voters want to tell us why you would vote for it. I haven't seen one post from anyone voting for it. Please enlighten us (no sarcasm meant).
