Yeah... The grass is always greener on the other side of the fence. Complain about how brown and weedy the grass became from the previous side of the fence. Eventually the grass will turn weedy and brown on this side of the fence. Time to move on a successor side of the current fence, then complain about the next previous lawn... Life goes on from one side of a fence to the next, then next, then next....

Everyone who has worked for ATI ABX say "Don't!" Atlas, Omni, AmeriJet, 21air, is a much better option from what I've heard. Kalitta Charters also treat thier pilot pretty well. Hotels on each end of the DHL runs. No sitting in a crew lounge.

Are you seriously saying that you would be better at Amerijet, Omni or 21 Air than at ABX? That's one of the most clueless statements I've seen on this forum. Amerijet is a total dumpster fire. 21 Air exists to take flying away from Cargo Jet with subpar pay and work rules. Omni has huge flow through and unhappy pilots. I would say Atlas would be a better place than ABX depending on what you want to do. ATI is maybe a lateral move from ABX but their contract negotiations are going nowhere. Note that once you get hired at an ATSG airline they don't allow lateral movement.
