HazCan 07-23-2007 06:32 AM

NO for me.

https://www.ballotpoint.com/alpa

av8rmike 07-23-2007 06:37 AM

NO

Took all of two minutes to figure out where to vote. Go to:

https://www.ballotpoint.com/alpa

Remember, a 'yes' vote cancels my 'NO', so don't do it...

CaptainMark 07-23-2007 06:59 AM

who voted "yes" and why??????????????

Overnitefr8 07-23-2007 07:08 AM

Probably a non FedEx guy trying to skew the results.

HankHill 07-23-2007 07:10 AM

Maybe, but unlike some other sites you can't see who is presently online at apc so there is no way to account for forum 'lurkers'. Some may be non-FX, but some may be FX'ers who haven't weighed in with their opinion(s) until now. There were a few yes posts from Fx'ers, so one can expect a few yes votes here and a whole lot more from those who don't bother to come to sites like these.

BonesF15 07-23-2007 07:20 AM

No for me.

Trapav8r 07-23-2007 07:22 AM

tried to get the activation code for a missing VIN and the website is not working. I guess I will wait for mine in the mail...whenever it arrives. Oh, it will be a no either way.

Los1 07-23-2007 07:24 AM

My paperwork has not arrived...
NO though...

Haywood JB 07-23-2007 07:25 AM

SG

JollyF15 07-23-2007 08:27 AM

Will be NO

It will be NO once I get my super secret ALPA voting code, but all I get when I request it from the web site (as instructed---because mine never got to my house on time----YGBSM)---all I get is:

An unhandled error has occurred writing to the exception log.

If ALPA is trying to make this hard---it's working.

fedupbusdriver 07-23-2007 08:48 AM

Wonder why none of the yes voters have posted?

pdo bump 07-23-2007 08:50 AM

no. (this is just filler so i can post this-10 characters min for a post)

jdec141 07-23-2007 08:51 AM

ABSOLUTELY NO!

HankHill 07-23-2007 08:53 AM

Well, I hope that those members that will vote yes will also be the same ones who will not go through the trouble to get their VIN and PIN.

Trapav8r 07-23-2007 08:58 AM

No from me too. Finally got my VIN and PIN and found the Ballot website. It was a bit of an effort, but worth it. Hope it makes a difference.

Because it may reveal a brand new screen name and just "1" post.

Unfortunately, these APC polls are not scientific and quiet easy to "influence" if one actually wanted to.

MaxKts 07-23-2007 09:48 AM

Just requested an activation code from ALPA website. Used Skype to activate it from one of our great foreign locations. Logged into BallotPoint and voted. Took all of about 10 minutes. :)

So log one more big NO to the tally

FR8Hauler 07-23-2007 10:03 AM

Big fat NO...

hamfisted 07-23-2007 10:16 AM

Voted NO.....
Our only hope is that the apathetic members who don't care enough to read the LOA will also be unwilling to go through the bureaucratic shuffle of registering their yes votes.

machz990 07-23-2007 10:16 AM

NO for me also.

A300_Driver 07-23-2007 10:16 AM

Unfortunately they (the Company and the NC) didn't give me any option other than--NO WAY!!!

rolling thunder 07-23-2007 10:18 AM

Busboy 07-23-2007 10:26 AM

Hmmm...interesting.
