You can also bend the prongs on one of these to fit the MD-11 cockpit plug as well!

And here is what I have for the cockpit, from a Japanese company. There may be other manufacturers. Turn it and it locks in place!

American Denki KD0011

Just check with MX. The guys in ANC set me up with the appropriate plug. I just connected / wired it to a "short" extension cord. Price was right too. Sometimes being friendly and asking really works out.

One thing you didn't learn as a nuggett -- how to spell nugget.

Just yanking your chain.

Well, since new hires will soon be on their way to Europe, how about some Cologne gouge. I've deadheaded all over as an RFO, am pretty comfortable using local trains and buses, but I have no idea how to get to flight ops at CGN! I've never done anything but get driven straight to the airplane (sometimes stopping at passport control and sometimes not stopping... not really sure why... both staying in the EU and crossing the pond).

Anyway, experts speak up. How does one get to flight ops in CGN?
