Actually, it will make it easier for those few guys who are so ****ed that the LOA passed that they have adopted a "****** you guys" attitude to pick up DPs and ****** us.

See postings by Magic Rat.
Don't hold it against him. I had similar thoughts after the age 60 resolution.

ALPA's like a psycho chick that steals from you. But she puts out every once in awhile ... and you keep coming back....

No it's contractual.

Correct! It's in the appendix:

25.BB Scheduling Improvement Group (SIG) Implement ability to flag trips as 'disputed' Jul 07 Oct 07

More goodies to follow NLT Oct 07 and Jan 08

Why would anyone WANT to fly DP's? They are disputed for a reason...most of the time the reason they are disputed is because they SUCK!!! I have had to fly them on reserve and they are some of the most painful flying known to man....or woman....or transvestite...or any other group that I missed...

Apparently, it's a way for sore losers to get back at the Union. I guess that shows us. That many less I will have to fly on Reserve, I guess.

Unfortunately is is NOT in the CBA. It is in the appendix but the contractual language is not in section 25 ! Per Contract enforcement. They can be "nice" guys and do it anyway but the Company is not forced to. Apparently this option was on the table but did not make the final cut but was not removed from the implementation appendix.
