Hi to all,

I am a Delta guy that commutes from ANC to NYC and I have a quiet 4plex near the airport on the the bus line of which half is set up as crashpads( 2 units). I commute to NYC and have been in crashpads there since the early 90's so am familiar with the needs of commuters.

The pad has been full for about two years but I now have some vacancies due to Alaska guys transferring down south. I set up two beds per room, one person per bed, and charge $250 per month.

The building has a washer/dryer, off street parking, and storage if you need. The beds are Sealy twins from Costco and are new. The building is located very near to the intersection of Jewel Lake and Raspberry so is on the 7/7A route to the airport (costs $1.75 each way, also goes to the Fedex parking lot north of the main terminal).
