Good point - the guy's a POS and I'm all for hammering him any which way we could.

Since the new SIG letter should be out anytime soon, I'm going to let this thread drift down the page. If someone produces a list of the December DPS when they are announced, I'll put the list at the top of the forum page. No names please--just trip numbers and dates by airplane.

It would be my pleasure to provide the service again. I'm just waiting for the letter to appear to be able to start a new thread.

Anyone care to explain why this trip was not a DP for Nov?

https://pilot.fedex.com/vips-bin/vip...5?MEM?11?13Nov

Looks to me like the the CDG - STN - MEM leg should have been disputed.

Also if we/the SIG thinks this sequence will ever be changed we are kidding ourselves. This problem should have been fixed in the last contract but we did not do it. They keep adding this type of flight and we will see more in the future. PVG - ICN -ANC is another, that was added post contract and now we fly it all the time.

While I agree this is the improper use of a RFO, I would rather fly this sequence than many of the other domestic trips that are not disputed.

I could not agree with you more. We are on a slippery slope right now on many issues, dp's included between mgt, union, and the pilot force. I too would much rather fly that sequence after a long layover than a week of LAX/AFW hubturns. I'm not sure what the right answer is, but the current process may not be it.
