How would that be screwing you?
Why is it that anytime there is talk of a raise, the captains think that a higher PERCENTAGE given to FOs is screwing the captains?
Say (just to keep it simple) a capt. makes $200K and an FO makes $100K. If the capt. got a $25K a year raise, he just got 12.5%. If the FO got a $25K a year raise, he just got THE SAME THING a capt. got which is fair IMO. The FO got a 25% raise but THE SAME AMOUNT OF MONEY! How would that be screwing a captain? Why do captains always have to get more? You already make more overall!
