Default FDX-Trip Extension

If a trip is extended, but you can deviate and get home on time, do you still get the 150% or 200% override pay?

Trips do not end until the scheduled arrival for the DH + 30 minutes. It does not matter when you arrive on a deviation. In the past you could actually track the scheduled flight and if it arrived late or was canceled you could call CRS and have them adjust the times to reflect actual. No more, just like the accepted fare debacle.

Hope this helps.

BTW, if you are on RSV and back end deviate, call CRS within 30 minutes of the scheduled arrival even if you get back much earlier than the schedule.

Yep! Just like any other trip, you still get paid for the whole trip!

And if the arrival is later than the scheduled, have CRS update the later arrival time in your pairing to reflect the delayed arrival. I did this during Peak on a trip and it increased the trip pay by about 0+10CH, enough to bump me 2 spots down the reserve leveling list. Get every little bit you can, they sure are!

Good point, the RSV guys still get this advantage ! For that matter anyone taking the scheduled ride to base needs to do that, the deviations are still SOL. We need to use every tool in the box these days.
