Well, whose choice is it to live in that overpriced cesspool???? Just kidding!
(Although it is overpriced and unfortunately not that nice anymore since it's full of smog and concrete)

LOL!

Isn't there an exception in MIA and ONT where you have to live within a set distance, but if delayed due to traffic it is not big deal? Not to answer my own question, but I just researched it, and here it is....

(7) Report times for the Miami and Ontario domiciles shall
be 2:00 and 1:45 respectively. In the event the
Company establishes a domicile in Anchorage, or
Philadelphia the report times shall be 1:30. The
Association and Company will review the established
report times for all domiciles as necessary and adjust
them if the crewmember’s experience demonstrates
that the report times are unrealistic. No crewmember
will be disciplined if he fails to report within the
scheduled call-out time due to circumstances beyond
his control.
All references to call-out time in this Article
shall be considered for the Louisville domicile only. No
crewmember shall be subject to discipline if they at
least arrive at the guard shack or parking lot card
reader for that domicile within the required call out
time.

That's a no-********er! I couldn't figure that one out either......and this one is funny too, why didn't they do this for the newhires sent to ONT.....I here the cost of living is a little steep there too, in fact steeper than ANC!!!!!!

The agreement also calls for a $1500 stipend per pay period for all new hire crewmembers who sign the agreement. The stipend will help to make up for the higher cost of living in ANC. More significantly, the stipend will also be paid retroactively to all new hires who sign a three year voluntary commitment.

I was waiting for someone to ask <G>

That is what happens when you try to look at anything approaching smut in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai to be precise).

767 - I have to ask, what does it mean when your post ends with the letter G in parenthesis?

Like here:

"I was waiting for someone to ask <G>"

I've seen you type it many times and I still have no idea what that means...
