You to me = union , Me to you = union. Hopefully, you will come to appreciate that long term, any violation of the contract is bad for all of us 'union'. If we don't defend the CBA, then we might as well be non union. UPS is very smart when it comes to dividing the pilot group. I have no idea why they finally released the new ANC letter, but 'we' have been working the issue for an awful long time within your/our IPA. But, again, if it causes angst in the union, it is gravy to UPS.

What's the delivery schedule for the 27 new 767-300ER's? 2009 - 2013? Or sooner?
It now seems apparent that not one of the 767's will be growth aircraft; and that the only growth WAS/IS the MD-11 fleet (a few more deliveries this year). 74Y for 747 classic and 767 for DC-8.
I really hope we see an increase in 74Y orders and perhaps an order for some 777F. If there isn't, we will see a stagnant seniority list for the next 5 years.
Timing of HR4343 was perfect, and not just for us at UPS.

I say this tongue in cheek....maybe the company knows something I don't know...I just got a relocation package letter that was dated April 11 that says due to my recent displacement I am eligible for the move package etc...huh...maybe I won't be sitting sideways for long ??????

Are you still eligible for the package if you never moved to the domicile that you were displaced from? Ex - ANC based but never took the package and stayed in Texas (or wherever). You get displaced to the panel. Will the company move you from TX to Louisville or is it to only move people actually living in the assigned domicile

I'm pretty sure that you are eligible for the move package, so long as you meet the mileage requirements (i.e. live more than 100 miles from SDF, and move to within 50 miles) If someone knows otherwise, please post. This is a good question for the IPA.

Also the move can be your PRIMARY residence to within 100 miles of your new domicile.
Also correct me if I am wrong, but the difference from package #1 and # 2 is that # 1 covers costs associated with buying/selling your house. Otherwise nearly identical.
