I am not the first to say this. Think how many vacation days you can knock out at >4 hrs per.

I'd rather have less work days every month if I was getting paid less. Vacation wouldn't have to "knock out" more days if there were only 10 in a 4-week month.

I think your post would sound even better if you just stopped after the 1st eight words.
