Passover pay question
This may affect others...I was going over the training letter when I noticed that someone junior to me is scheduled for M30F training. It turns out that the junior individual was a 27S who "bid to relieve" on 08-02 and was awarded M30F. I'm a 27F who also "bid to relieve" but couldn't hold M30F because 50 other guys above me beat me to it. However, isn't this a situation that would trigger passover pay since a junior guy was awarded a seat ahead of someone more senior? Kind of like when the 27SO's got passover when they hired directly into the right seat?
Thanks for any insight,
SG

Passover Pay applies only if you were "awarded M30F" on 08-02.
If you Bid it at 100% on 08-02 and did not get it and a Jr pilot did then as soon as that pilot checks out, you will be eligilbe.
If you were not awarded MEM 300F on 08-02, you will not get passover for the JR pilot you referenced, unless you should have received the award, in which case that should be a grievance.
