UPS Intl. Jumpseat?
Can anyone tell me if an offline jumpseater is allowed on UPS flights? About two years ago I rode to Hawaii on UPS and remember the crew telling me we could ride International as well - I'm trying to get to KUL or SIN where I'll buy a ticket to get to Medan, Indonesia in September. I was told yesturday that offline carriers can't ride international on UPS Has that changed or always been the case?

I can take EVA or China through TPE on a ZED pass - I just want to avoid NRT or HKG that adds about 10-15 hours to the trip. I need to Get to KUL or SIN as straightline as possible from LAX. I was hoping to ride a cargo carrier but I guess that's not gonna happen; oh well - thanks.

A few years ago (after 9/11 I think?) I emailed the NWA j/s coordinator and asked if I (a FedEx CASS bubba) could j/s on an NWA International. His reply was that I could j/s on ALL NWA flights but that for Intl flights there would need to be an empty seat in the back for me to sit in. Any NWA folk on this board that can verify the policy is still the same?
