Thanks for the verbiage.

...it doesn't appear to define "results" though.

...ust winner names --- or actual vote numbers too?

Perhaps, it will come out in an e-mail or hard copy letter to just those Local Council Members.

What's been released in the past?

Hard copy with detailed breakdown of results to all council members. In addition to status rep elections, same thing occurs for nomination results and local council officer election results. It's all laid out in the C&BL which is available online to all members in good standing.

The full results came out 2 days ago. They're on the ALPA website, if you wanted to see them.

For those of you too lazy to go there, or actually vote....We had a resounding 27.5% of eligible voters participate in fairly close races.

Hey! I just noticed, if you add an "a" to the front of pathetic...It spells FDX pilot group, either way.

27.5% eh.....looks like a 300%+ improvement compared to the 8% which voted during the nomination process.

What's the historic average percentage for participation in these elections?

Hopefully, we're heading in up!

Thanks for your support. I hope I hear from you all when you have something to say vice trying to "extract" it through polls or the usual antiquated channels. I'll be pi$$ed if We don't start the two way communications.

I'll expect to hear from you personally if you don't think this is happening. As far as a big set, I think you'll find all three will be of that make-up.

I'll admit, I'm pretty depressed by the low turnout. Hopefully we can start to turn this around.

Why do you think I'm hobbling around at the hub so often? Ha! O.K. you caught my "misspeak". I meant to say I think you'll find big ones on all three elected.

I can't really fault the pilot group. We maybe had one message mentioning the election. Another great communication blitz by ALPA. Unless it has something to do with ALPA National don't expect to get a whole lot of word on anything.
