QUESTION: What is the true purpose of the testing during the FedEx interview?

A. To determine how much gouge you have received from current crewmembers.
B. To gauge your true intelligence level compared to your BS degree from Northern Wyoming State.
C. To give them an ambiguous reason not to hire you because your third recommendation curiously came from your own computer.
D. To keep you busy while they secretly videotape the exam room to see how much CRM is utilized.
E. None of the above.

Default Hiring info

This might be of interest to some. Received an email from my ACP regarding a comment/complaint I had regarding the way FedEx is currently handling hiring, re: meet and greets. He wrote back in agreement that the process needs adjusting but also said they have already selected/hired/in the pool, 200 out of the 300 pilots they intend to hire this year. That leave only 100 to be "greeted", interview, and hired for 2006. But there is always next year.

Yes, the SBI has just been eliminated. I got the info from a very reliable source in the company...(of course you're still just taking my word for it :-) )
