Default Final Percentiles?

Correct me If I'm wrong, but did they never publish final percentiles with 08-06. There has been so many iterations, I have no idea what the seniority lists look like short of manually going thru every training letter and comparing it to the current seat seniority list......]

Also.....heard the flexes only have to work 13 days a month or so. How do we let them interpret that, but reserves still have to work 15/19. I guess since I won't be on reserve that much longer, I won't have to worrry. New group of reserve guys can fight that battle.

No, flexes still work the same number of days as a reserve line.

After reading 9-02 I can't help but hear a classic, (and now very appropriate), "Doors" song in my head...

This is the end
Beautiful friend
This is the end
My only friend, the end

Of our elaborate plans, the end
Of everything that stands, the end
No safety or surprise, the end
Ill never look into your eyes...again...

Read the Q and A at the bottome of senor cassels's fcif--
you can either choose to have the company buy your "mcmansion" or you can get all the sweet perks of our industry leading FDA package---but you can't get both. This may bite a few unsuspecting pilots.
Also, good luck trying to do anything other than move your fam there--ie no crashpad type situation--don't know how they do it/plan to do it, but there is someone who monitors whether or not your family moves to HKG---if they don't you won't be eligible for the industry leading FDA perks.
BUYER BEWARE!!

Dont forget the "best we could get" FDA LOA. That has a lot to do with all of this. Got to fill those HKG seats. It will go senior!

JP --- I don't think so.

...it's an excess bid, not a vacancy bid.

...but they can bid HKG.

there's also still a DC10 bidpack for March.

I'm just sayin'......

probably wouldn't get awarded it......but you CAN put it on your bid.
...it would be futile.

The DC10 and Subic are gone, no one is holding that as an award --- they've all been awarded something else.

Yes, you can bid to relieve to 757 and will be awarded that unless 56 FOs ("net") bid to relieve above you.

757 is a growth acft --- OFP going from 7 to 16 over the next year.

Given that approximately 130% growth, and the current # of Capts (34) and FOs (24) the company may allow "growth" in those seats of about 40 Capts and 30 FOs and only "excess" in the 757 during the next round, if the "growth" exceeds that #.

Just a WAG...
