How long have they been working on this? This is the best we can do?

I am curious to see what their excuse is for this one. Probably the crewforce's fault. Maybe they'll call Allen Iverson up to explain how publishing a PRACTICE bid on time doesn't matter...

They are just jackin' with us. It's fun for them.

I've said it before, I'll say it again ... if we did our jobs like that, we'd get fired! Did anybody really think they'd have the practice bid out today like the FCIF says it will?

No doubt tomorrow we'll get an email from JL blaming it on another vendor software problem and extending the closing date?

Or ... maybe they'll cancel yet another bid?

Actually, when Capt "O" showed up at recurrent training a few months ago, I asked him if we could (should?) take any future bids seriously after all the canceled bids? He said. "We only did that to p*ss you guys off."

I kid you not

... but they can run many bids behind the scenes and I'll bet it works like clockwork every time...

I believe PC called it "modeling." I bet they have run it successfully more than a few times over the past seven months.
