I am starting a company specializing in the purchase and resale of housing purchased by corporations, then unloaded. I think I'll be able to buy whole portions of subdivisions in Germantown and Collierville.

IF all the ND's who keep saying they are planning to retire, or anyone else planning to retire this year, would bid the back of the 72 to relieve and then elect not to train and just retire they could save a lot of seats.

Right now they have about 120 75 capts and 180 75 FOs, in the 72 it is about 220 each. Moral of the story the second excess is going to be more fun.

Default Question

I have 11CM at 10% ahead of my current seat. The practice bid had me listed as to relieve excess (!?). My percentage would be around 92% for 11CM. Why did it "award" it to me on the practice? Percentage bidding not working?

Doesn't really surprise me. There are many fairly senior guys trying to get their high five, and looking at the recent domestic bid packs it is not happening there. Going to HKG to get the high five, is a legitimate option. Not to mention over 60 guys who can't hold wb capt except in HKG and still need their high five. The original HKG capt bid closed approx 1 month prior to the age 60 change.

One problem with them thinking that way is, if the company keeps that many more CA in HKG, the HKG blg's will come down also.
