Believe it or not they are already operating the 80 flight again so I don't think this is going to work.

We should not let this go dormant. I don't have the juice to get it done, but I hope that those that do will create some vehicle for Kevin (and Tony's) friends to funnel support as they wish, to whatever degree they wish. WORLDWIDE. College for kids is not cheap for anyone. Call the flight something else, or ask the Company to retire that flight number in honor of.
Keep the account open, and let it grow. Kevin would appreciate that, as
we all would. We must not forget. Ever. Be safe.

Default emergency accounts

Yes, still waiting for a definitive word on this. In the past, when pilots were taken hostage, we were able to contribute directly to them to help them in their plight. Now that two pilots have lost their lives and made the ultimate sacrifice, we need to help out their families. I appreciate being able to donate to a charity, but the reality is that the life insurance doesn't kick in until at least six months down the road. It makes it tough on any family, especially ones with children. College funds are nice, but i suspect these families need help NOW. I will send checks to them, but for those who are listening, please let us know where to send them directly. I don't want it to go to a charity; the paychecks for these gentlemen have stopped, and we need to take care of their families until insurance payments kick in. Am I being naive or misguided? Please let me know how to help; a pm is fine.

regards,
Paul

Logic tells me it should be easy. Find a bank in the family's area (wells fargo, b of a) set up an account that only the spouse has access to, enabling electronic transfers from anywhere. attach a 529 to it, and she has the ability to make her house work day to day, and another bucket for long term.
4400 crews x 10$ or more can do a lot for the family. not to mention plus
those of us that arent crew. i'm going to ck it out today.
