Have you tried here: pilot.fedex.com - Flight Operations Home - Training and Standards - B757 - Initial ?

This page should cover everything

No one's made any yet, but the training's very simple and staightforward. Three days of systems, a day of review and the SV.

Sounds like you've gone through the program. Is the SV a true oral or is a computerized test? According to a 777 standards guy I saw the other day, the 777 SV is a computerized test. Just wondering if the 75 has gone to that.

The Oral is currently face to face. Very straight forward and a reasonable depth of knowledge. The whole training track is well done and "Pilot" friendly.
