Anyone know how they schedule SIBA tng? Specifically if sitting RB the day before is that day dropped or not?

You have to have 12 hrs buffer prior to any training, so if it starts at 8AM, it will be dropped and put into your makeup bank.

Sorry to be more clear. Fedex. I got an E-mail from the SIBA tng guy (727) who said he was authorized to drop one 6 hour trip for SIBA training. But it is possible to conflict with more than 6 hours (2 RB days with the buffer or a RB and trip, or a big trip. I looked in the contract and saw nothing about this.

Obviously you didn't like the first answer, so I'll give you a different one.

You get a 2 day buffer on the front end, and a 2 day buffer on the back end, and if it is your birth month, then you get 150% pay for the training. Is that what you wanted to hear?

No the confusion is that the scheduler said he is only authorized to drop 6 hours and with my schedule it would be more than 6 hours in confilict and it will be after the view add window is already published.
