For those of you who knew this was coming, time to say I told you so.

After reading the recent FCIF I remain disappointed. How many canceled bids in the past 2 years does this make? 
Either:
- Management isn't doing their proper homework prior to opening foreign domiciles and associated FDA bids (or they wait to do it until after the bid is open?)
... 0r ...
- They simply aren't being honest with us (although this latest FCIF sounds suspiciously honest)
In either case, we deserve better! We would be fired if we did a half-*ssed job like that

I heard that one of the French Flt and Duty time laws that we would fall under is that the company would have to provide those little bottles of red wine with our scoobie snack on flts of more than 2 hrs.
