I've been in their shoes. It's the hardest thing a pilot can do and I wish all AJ guys the best of luck. I wouldn't wish a strike on my worst enemy but I completely understand it's the only way to improve your life when dealing with these type of mgmt. teams. Good luck guys, hang tough.

As a former Amerijet Pilot, I'm with the guys in spirit. I know it is a difficult company to work for and the crews deserve fair working conditions.

I just read the press release; i can't believe they want to dock pilots 5 hours of pay if they call in sick!!! That is draconian!! The FAA should be involved with that one.

What exactly is the company not willing to give and why has it come to a point where they will allow a strike to happen. Are they confident in continued operations?
