Do what you want to do. I don't think I'd do anything that is questionable right now. I also remember seeing emails forbidding us to accrue ff miles on carriers other than NWA (now AA and United). While it seems trivial, it appears that management is pursuing trivial matters. I do agree that the union should talk to the company about this. FF miles are a good deal for us and I have enjoyed elite status for years. |

I would suggest calling up your airline of choice and indicating that you are a "insert level" medallion frequent flyer contemplating changing your allegiance to either AA/UAL and ask if they would be willing to grant you a similar level as a courtesy. |
