Hello. MGMT time for some form of communication Hello anybody home?
Oh thats right I forgot Its not one of their priorities:
Shoe shines, hats ties, parked cars, expense reports, sick calls.
Take guys who have ZERO lets call that O experience and others who never left Mississippi as pilots (LK)1. Make them responsible and that what you get.
Absentee leadership.
1 UPT instructor Zero international experience.

Well, a bunch of IT folks were let go awhile back. The lady supporting my wife's department was one that got the boot. The guy they sent over to take care of things knows nothing about the software in use and is learning as he goes. My wife is having to teach him, on top of her normal job. Also, while not as bad as our cuts, they all did take a 5% cut plus loss of 401K match (which for them can be way more than our $500 pitance.)
