What happened and is happening to the current AJT crews is wrong - I will totally agree with that. My point was that no matter where you start your 121/135 career, don't expect it to be a cake walk. That being said, I do think that it is up to an individual to make the best of the situation they have put themselves in. Maybe I'm too optimistic, but I've worked with many "woe is me" types that would rather stay and complain than re-evaluate their situation and do something about it.
I was not attacking your flying experience, but your notion that the number of posts on a forum would be an indicator of my experience or a deceptive ploy by a management tool.
I see Splasher as someone who is trying to get a start in this business and needs some pointers. What I told him is not a plug for any company, but what I have learned myself - sometimes the hard way...

This guy has posted twice.
Amerijet is looking for new hires to train to replace the union guys they want off the property.
Pretty sweet place, give me a break, the pilots at AJT just went through a strike where they had to take the management to court to get sanitary conditions in the airplane.
Splasher - hope your smarter than this.
BB- AJT management?

The Emery contract flying was pretty sweet since it was day flying from DEN or DFW to IND and back again in time for dinner...
I was hoping that you're
smarter than this. Your skewed perception really makes me wonder about the accuracy of your words.Once you improve your reading comprehension, perhaps people will actually pay a little more attention to your accusations. Look, just because someone is reminiscing in a positive light about their time at an airline doesn't mean that they're a member of management.
