Upon reflection, mgmt's grossly inaccurate misinterpretation of the term, "in conjunction with," which flies in the face of any dictionary definition, let alone common sense, is beginning to make me "sick."
Seriously, first it was a targeted attack on expense reports (which MIGHT have netted the company a few hundred bucks worth of bogus cab rides, if that) then a baseless inquisition into MLA notifications (NOT requests) and now a blanket indictment of our integrity regarding our use of sick leave. What's next?
Kinda reminds me of what they say about cheating spouses; they're the first ones to throw out accusations...

Don't let DT in contract enforcement operate in a vacuum. If not satisfied with his answer go to your block rep, you should have CC'd them in the first place, or higher in the MEC.
Guess who decides which issues get grieved? I bet it's the MEC Chair, not DT.
