I believe O remarked that he didn't quite understand our " displeasure with 4a2b. After all, the company is just working within the scope of the CBA." Hmmm....good advice which I have been following all along.

On a tail end DH, it wouldn't be a pay issue if you're on a trip rig, but it certainly could be a required REST contract issue.

We have similar rules at purple. I think the gest of the thread is they are talking about checking in for the actual DH flight. Fred starts our rig one hour before our DH flight leaves the gate. Our chief Pilot thinks we should show up 2-3 hours before the DH flight leaves the gate. Probably good advice but I think most would agree it should be on company time.
