Honest question from a relatively new guy - are you opposed to an FDA because it is outside of negotiations or for other reasons like the poor FDA we currently have? Just trying to start forming my opinions. Maybe we need another thread.

I am opposed because we are currently in negotiations. If they want me to vote yes on new FDA language then they can put it in the entire package. I don't know how good the new one will be, but I really do not care if it is a side letter.

Agree --- unless it is very short term (18 months or less), and has immediate pay increases for all other domiciles and seats for the next 2+ years.

They need the European FDA to open the domicile --- it has to cost them something bigger than just what's in the improved FDA package and it should expire within the time period of the current contract negotiations.

We have some leverage here gentleman --- we need to learn to use it.
