Regardless of what the pay numbers end of being, the whole package is what really matters. To me, scope is the most important, without scope, we don't protect our jobs to make anything!! We have not heard anything on work rules either. Like all of us on here, I am looking forward to reading the ENTIRE TA before I make any judgements.

Don't think your numbers are correct. You may have used our min monthly gar. to get this number. You can pretty much bet on about 930 or so credit hours in a year. This would give you about $210K/yr at the highest pay rate at our current trip rig. Not the $198K/yr you have.

Thanks for the post...
I fly the MD-11 out of LAX and my 4 week averages out to be around 72 hours each month. The 5 week months average out to around 92. We, FDX, have eight 4 week months and 4 5 week months in a year. With my averages it works out to 944 hours a year. 944 x $224 = $211,456. I don't volunteer or accept draft flights.

Another Thing to consider....TAFB.
The rumor mill has our Time Away From Base (TAFB) changing to 3.75 from 4.0.
This means on those trips where the pay if figured by dividing the total time away from you domicile, we are making 6.4 hours of pay for each day compared to the old 6.0.
