Default Logging RFO Reserve Flight Officer Time?

When filling out your log book do you include RFO (Reserve Flight Officer) time in your total time or do you make a separate column for RFO time? How should RFO time be logged?

Both are the same. Not sure how to account for the time, but they are the same "Food Bit$h"

I prefer galley connoisseur.

double the flight time and divide by 3. That is your portion as a FO.

I log all block time that I am a required crewmember.

But VIPS does deduct the fraction that you are resting.
