Empire pilot pool
Hello all! I am currently swimming the the Empire pilot pool waiting for a class date. Anyone currently working for Empire heard anything about when another class will be run? Did FedEx end up putting an ATR down in PDX as well? Thanks!

I heard there is a class going on now although I did not actually look to see what the instructors were doing. There is now an ATR in PDX, but that base is going very senior. As a newhire I would count on holding that base anytime soon.

Sea left seat is pretty senior. About 5 years to hold left seat there. For First Officer it can go either way. I don't think the line is long to get SEA F/O right now though. I'm not based on the west coast so my info could be off a bit.

There is a class of 4 going through indoc right now. Probably some more hiring going on in the next few months. They hire directly into bases as they become open. If you have any questions PM me.
