This TA is a big disappointment... Not sure what brought the Neg. Comm. & the MEC to think this would be an acceptable interim agreement. The rate increase must be at least 9% and the bonus tripled before this even comes close to a yes...

I'm sure the company is in a hurry to get what they want, but I'm in absolutely no hurry to get the "chump change" (monetarily and other) that was offered. (Of course I think the company was shocked--and thrilled--when we "took" the first FDA LOA by 68%). Note to the NC and MEC--if you really wanted us to ratify this, it would have had some NOTABLE, substantive improvements. This does not meet that standard, and is very one-sided in the company's favor. Send the NC back in--I'll wait another 6 months. When do we see what's behind Door #2?

Pretty small (and biased) sample population. I predict it squeaks through after the roadshows. Maybe the company will up the lump sum in the final week to insure passage.
