It is the Situational Based Interview.
Basically, during the interview process, they give a "what if" scenario, typically that doesn't really have a correct solution. They want to see what you would do in that situation, what your thought process is and how you gather information to solve the problem. Also look to see how you work with the rest of your crew, who the interviewers become during this portion of the interview. They then ask you to tell them how you think you did during this process. As crew members, they offer information and opinions, but have "poker" faces as you decide on a course of action.
