UPS proposals to be aired
taken from this weekend's IPA hotline-
In the absence of receiving any Company response, we are putting together highlights of the Company's latest table positions in the areas of scheduling, scope, pension, health care, and compensation. To date, all five of these areas are open and no agreement has been reached on any of the five. Along with this document, we will ask you to approve our plan to request a release from mediation along with final strike authorization authority. The EB and the Negotiation Committee are unanimous in our belief that no progress will be made until the pilot group overwhelmingly approves this course of action.
